1. Company Information

The website is administered by Nature Vibe OOD, registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under company ID (EIK) 206243979, with registered address at 9 Devnya St., Varna, Bulgaria, represented by Manager Evgenia Kaloianova.

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Nature Vibe OOD and users of the website and services offered through it — organised nature hikes, excursions, and related outdoor activities.

3. Registration and User Account

  1. Making reservations requires registration with a valid email address, full name, and phone number.
  2. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all actions performed from their account.
  3. Nature Vibe OOD reserves the right to terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms.

4. Reservations

  1. A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.
  2. The number of places for each event is limited. Reservations are valid until availability is exhausted.
  3. By making a reservation, the user declares that they are aware of the difficulty level and specific requirements of the event.
  4. Nature Vibe OOD reserves the right to refuse a reservation without stating a reason.

5. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include the services specified in the event description.
  2. Payment method is confirmed upon reservation confirmation.
  3. If an invoice is required, the customer must provide the necessary billing details at the time of reservation.

6. Cancellation Policy

  1. More than 7 days before the event — full refund.
  2. 3 to 7 days before the event — 50% refund.
  3. Less than 3 days before the event — no refund.
  4. Nature Vibe OOD reserves the right to cancel an event due to adverse weather, insufficient participants, or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

7. Liability and Safety

  1. Participants must be in good physical health and informed about the difficulty level.
  2. Nature Vibe OOD is not liable for damage, injury, or loss caused by failure to follow guide instructions, personal misconduct, or force majeure.
  3. Participants are advised to hold personal accident and medical expense insurance.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on the website (texts, photos, logos) are the property of Nature Vibe OOD or used with permission. Copying or use without explicit written consent is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of disputes, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the competent court is at the registered seat of Nature Vibe OOD.
